About the Artist

Deena Lari was born in New York and studied at Manhattan’s High School of Music & Art. She moved to Israel in 1976 and spent years painting and teaching in Bet She’an, where she helped found the local Artists’ House. Her work has been exhibited across Israel and in the U.S. Today, Deena lives and paints in Jerusalem, inspired daily by its light, spirit, and streets.
